Important v8 Terminology Update
Please be aware that starting with PBXware version 8, we have updated our terminology to replace legacy terms.
In this documentation (and in all v8 software), terms such as "Master" and "Slave" have been replaced with new, more descriptive terms. Key examples include:
- Master Tenant / Master → System
- Slave Tenant → Tenant
- Master Extension / Master Account Code → Main Extension
- Slave Extension / Slave → Subextension
If you are using an older version of PBXware (v7, v6, etc.), you will still encounter the original "Master/Slave" terminology in your system's interface.
The PBXware team is responsible for development and documentation of devices supported in PBXware, including:

● The provisioning guide for the requested UAD must be available on the official website.
● In case of a new manufacturer, a direct contact with their Support team must be established.
