Bicom Systems proudly offers comprehensive support for a variety of deployments to ensure seamless communication solutions for our valued partners and end-users.
Our supported deployments encompass standalone/barebone setups, facilitated by the straightforward installation of PBXware from the ISO file available on our downloads page.
These deployments operate within the robust Artix Linux environment, an Arch Linux-based system, ensuring stability and reliability.Additionally, we extend support to legacy deployments running within Gentoo environments, providing continued assistance and guidance.
In the virtual realm, Bicom Systems officially endorses PBXware deployments within the Serverware environment, offering the flexibility of a Virtual Private Server (VPS) setup.
This ensures that users can enjoy the benefits of PBXware with the added convenience and scalability of virtualization technology.
For deployments outside of the aforementioned categories, support is tailored to PBXware services exclusively. However, should any challenges arise due to issues stemming from the underlying operating system, our team remains committed to providing assistance, albeit subject to additional charges.
Direct modifications of the hardware, base operating system, or database are not supported unless the instructions have been provided through our documentation or ticket. Any subsequent identification of problems and their elimination will be charged extra for maintenance. The price will be calculated according to the time Bicom Systems developers spent troubleshooting the problem at the standard rates. Given the complicated nature of such items, identification of the issue may take a long, and the only course of reparation may be reinstallation and use of the most recent backup.
It's important to note that while Bicom Systems stands ready to assist with PBXware-related matters, we do not offer support for self-deployed Serverware instances. Official support is exclusively reserved for instances deployed by our dedicated Deployment team, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
To maintain system integrity and efficiency, we adhere to a policy of non-support for custom changes to Asterisk, Asterisk configuration files, dial plans, Asterisk manager, MySQL customizations, or User Agent Device (UAD) configurations. Should complications arise from such modifications, resolution efforts may incur additional charges, as they fall outside the scope of our standard support services.
At Bicom Systems, we are committed to providing unparalleled support and assistance, ensuring that our partners and end-users can leverage our communication solutions with confidence and peace of mind.
