ΒΆ LCR
The LCR (Least Cost Routing) section allows fine tuning slave trunks usage according to the price and quality. This option allows users to select the least expensive way to route the calls.
NOTE: On Tenants you will be able to chose if you want to use the System Default LCR (the one on Master Tenant) or not. If the 'Use System Default LCR' is set to On, then the configuration on that tenant will be ignored and the configuration on MT will be used. If it is set to Off, then the configuration from that tenant will be used.
- Routes:
Displays all available destination routes alphabetically.
(E.g. A, B, C, D...)

- Destination Group:
Further description of selected route. Displays destinations by proper, mobile, etc. number
Example:

- 48 States
- Toll Free
- Alaska
- Hawaii
(Display)
- Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Trunk:
Select trunks to be used for the desired destination.
If the connection is not established through the primary, the secondary trunk is used, etc.
