Due to the extreme variety of legal requirements in countries around the world, we are sorry to say that we are unable to implement a failsafe solution that would allow the PBXware administrator to delete call recordings using the PBXware interface after files are offloaded from a system drive to a remote location while still making sure customers are meeting their local regulatory compliance.
We understand that the advanced filtering options of the PBXware Reports page are extremely useful for deleting recordings. However, once the recording files are offloaded from the file system, PBXware has no ability to manage them anymore, and it is upon our customers to ensure recordings are preserved as long as necessary to meet their local regulatory compliance.
